Hwan L.

Hwan L. is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on advanced coating technologies, currently serving as Lead Engineer in Specialty Coating at Entegris since June 2020. In this role, Hwan L. leads the Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) technical engineering for new product development, particularly in metal oxide coatings, overseeing validation and qualification of pilot products. Prior experience includes Development Engineer roles in Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) at Entegris and Senior Process Engineer at ASM, where Hwan L. collaborated on semiconductor technology projects and enhanced PEALD technology applications. Hwan L. began a career at INFICON as Senior Application Engineer, developing semiconductor process recipes and managing client relationships across the US, China, and Korea. Currently pursuing a PhD in Management of Technology at Sungkyunkwan University, Hwan L. also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Korea University of Technology and Education.
