Mary C. currently serves as a Technical Program Director at Entegris since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Technical Program Manager at CMC Materials from October 2017 to June 2022, and both Product Line Manager and Research Scientist at Cabot Microelectronics between January 2011 and October 2017. Prior to that, Mary worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Graduate Research Associate at The Ohio State University from January 2005 to December 2010, focusing on research related to localized corrosion in aircraft aluminum alloys, culminating in a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering in 2009.
