Mitchell Pauly

Mitchell Pauly has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Mitchell currently holds the position of Global Director of Operational and Supply Chain Finance at Entegris, where they lead a team responsible for 32 sites and 48 personnel. Mitchell serves as the primary business partner to the COO and leads the Finance and Operational Analytics Center of Excellence.

Prior to Entegris, Pauly worked at LABORIE as the Director of Finance and Operations.

Before that, they were employed by Johnson & Johnson for several years, holding various roles including Senior Manager of Supply Chain Strategy and Finance Manager of the Source Center of Excellence. During their time at Johnson & Johnson, they managed accounting and finance activities, led financial integration efforts, and played a key role in managing distressed vendors.

Pauly also has experience working at Boston Scientific, The MENTOR Network, Procter & Gamble, NU-You Fitness, and SEALOGPAC in roles such as Senior Financial Analyst, Profit Forecaster, Cost Analyst, and Sole Proprietor.

Mitchell Pauly attended Cornell University from 2018-2021, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Prior to that, they studied at Northeastern University from 2004-2008, obtaining a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration degree with a dual concentration in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. Mitchell completed their high school education at Brookline High School from 2000-2003. In 2019, they also obtained a certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute.
