Tracy Cordova

Tracy Cordova has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on HR operations, service delivery, and talent acquisition. Tracy currently holds the role of Vice President, HR Operations, Integration & Service Delivery at Entegris, where they are responsible for integrating and harmonizing HR programs, processes, and services following the company's acquisition of CMC Materials. Prior to this, Tracy served as the Senior Director of HR Operations and Services at CMC Materials, where they led various HR functions including compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and HR technology. Tracy has also held senior HR positions at James Hardie Building Products, Workday, Zebra Technologies, Motorola Solutions, and Motorola, where they developed and streamlined HR processes, managed global staffing organizations, and led integrations and acquisitions. Tracy is skilled in building scalable and reliable HR services and developing people through continuous feedback and coaching.

Tracy Cordova earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Illinois Wesleyan University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996.
