Maureen Funkhouser has over 25 years of experience in the field of organizational development, with a focus on leadership and talent development, learning and skills development, performance management, and onboarding. Maureen began their career as a Supervisor of Training and Quality Monitoring at J. Jill in 1997. Maureen then moved to Pegasus Satellite Television where they served as a Training Manager and then Director of Training. In 2002, they began working at Xcel Energy as a Manager of Training and Quality Assurance. Maureen then joined DIRECTV in 2005 and served in three roles, including Senior Director of Leadership and Organizational Development, Director of Learning and Development, and Senior Manager of Instructional Design. In 2014, they joined Republic Services as Vice President of Learning and Talent Development. Most recently, they have been working at Salt River Project as Manager of Professional and Organizational Development since 2018, and is currently the Vice President of Operations at Entelechy, Inc.

Maureen Funkhouser attended College of the Holy Cross from 1987 to 1990, studying Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Maureen then attended DePaul University from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a BA in Literature. In 2019, they began attending Grand Canyon University and is expected to graduate in 2023 with a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Fostering Inclusion & Diversity from the Yale School of Management.
