Jace Grissom

Jace Grissom's work experience begins in 2016 with a role as a Program Assistant at Girls Inc., where they developed educational material and curriculum for girls in the community. In 2018, Jace worked as a Community Manager at LesQueers, where they facilitated the creation of an LGBTQIA+ application and managed the company's website and social media platforms. Jace also served as a Union Intern at UNITE HERE, participating in union committee meetings and organizing co-workers. From 2017 to 2020, Jace worked at W.E.C.I Richmond's Public Radio Station in various positions, including Station Manager. Their responsibilities included maintaining FCC certifications, training DJs, and outreach to the community. Jace also served as an Americorps Member at City Year, providing individualized teaching and support to students in under-resourced schools. In 2021, Jace was a student at LaunchCode, and in 2022, they worked as a Sales Specialist at Isgro Pastries. Currently, Jace is working as a Data Engineer Apprentice at Entelligent.

Jace Grissom completed their Bachelor's degree in Peace and Global Studies & Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at Earlham College from 2016 to 2020. They later pursued a brief program at LaunchCode in 2021, graduating as an LC101 Graduate in Full-stack Software Development.
