Ronald Allan Samonte

Ronald Allan Samonte has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2007 at Dell as a L2 Senior Technical Support. In 2010, they moved to Teleperformance as a Customer Support Representative. Ronald Allan then joined Ingram Micro in 2014 as a Virtual Private Server specialist, verifying VPS network setup and providing VPS owners Tier 1 related troubleshooting. In 2016, Ronald joined Romit as a Customer Support Team Lead, and then in 2017 they began working at Enter, Inc. as both the Director of Support operations and the Customer Support Team Lead.

Ronald Allan Samonte obtained a Bachelor of Arts in MassCommunication from Adamson University in 1999, majoring in Mass Communication/Media Studies. Ronald Allan also holds a HIPAA Certificate from Accountable HQ, obtained in May 2022.
