Winnie Viloria-Samonte has over 14 years of work experience. Winnie began their career in 2007 as a Recruitment Specialist for World Contact Center Solutions. In the same year, they were also a Sr. Recruitment Specialist - Certified Language Interviewer for Sutherland Global Services. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Recruiter - Finance and Accounting for Xerox and then as a Sr. HR Associate - Talent Acquisition for Infosys BPO. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for both Thomson Reuters and HCM Nexus. Winnie Viloria-Samonte received their Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Adamson University between 1995 and 1999. Winnie attended St. Mary's Academy - Pasay City between 1991 and 1995. Additionally, they hold certifications as a BUPLAS (Business Performance Language Assessment Certified Language Assessor), CBI Certified, and Communication Skills Interviewer Certification.
