Irene Elvheim

Irene Elvheim has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as Learning and Development Manager at Entercard Group AB since April 2003. Previously, Irene held roles such as Senior Training & Quality Specialist, focusing on process optimization within the Customer Operation, and was instrumental in the Transformation Team that aimed to enhance and automate customer-facing processes. Irene has also coordinated training for new credit teams and new employees across multiple locations in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark, as well as worked in various customer service roles beginning with Entercard and prior positions in retail and postal services. Irene's educational background includes certifications as an NLP Coach and Practitioners from MetaResource AS and a coaching certification from DNCF.
