Ahamed Riyas

Ahamed Riyas is an experienced professional in the fields of learning and development and operations management, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at FiLLi Cafe since December 2023, where scalable training frameworks and mentorship programs have been created to enhance employee performance across 38 outlets. Previously, Ahamed held the position of Aviation Training Manager at Skyzone Aviation Services from January 2020 to December 2023, focusing on curriculum development and guiding students in aviation management. Ahamed also contributed significantly to FiLLi Cafe as Operations Manager from June 2013 to January 2020, where improvements in customer satisfaction were achieved through standardized procedures and training programs.
