Chad Scheel

Chad Scheel is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in nuclear security training and compliance. Currently serving as Principal Nuclear Security Trainer at Portland General Electric since March 2025, Chad has previously held significant positions at Entergy, including Senior Supervisor of Security Training and Security Compliance from June 2022 to March 2025, as well as Senior Supervisor of Security Training from August 2008 to March 2025. Prior to these roles, Chad worked with G4S Security Services as a Security Shift Supervisor and Security Officer from January 2004 to August 2008, and held a position as a Loss Prevention Agent at Meijer from February 2000 to December 2003. Chad's military background includes serving as a Team Leader with the U.S. Army 82nd Airborne Division LRSD from October 1996 to February 2000. Educational qualifications include studies at Kalamazoo Valley Community College and Western Michigan University.
