Barrett Green has been the Treasurer of Entergy since August 1997, overseeing capital markets, cash management, investments, and risk management. Prior roles have included Vice President positions in commercial operations—managing over $2 billion in revenue—and risk and finance, guiding significant transactions such as the Indian Point Energy Center decommissioning and the shutdown of the Vermont Yankee plant. Barrett has also contributed to the financial strategies and recovery efforts post-Hurricane Katrina. Education includes an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and advanced engineering degrees from Virginia Tech and the University of Mississippi, complemented by leadership experience in the US Navy's Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program.
