Jeremy Halland

Jeremy Halland is a seasoned environmental compliance professional with extensive experience in air quality permitting and regulatory compliance across various sectors, including fossil and renewable energy. As the New Projects and Air Support Lead at Entergy since January 2023, Jeremy oversees multimedia environmental permitting and compliance for new energy projects. Prior roles include Senior Compliance Auditor at Kinder Morgan, Director of Environmental Compliance at Enchanted Rock, and Senior Environmental Specialist at Luminant Generation Company LLC, where Jeremy developed air permit applications in alignment with Texas regulations. Past experience also includes environmental consultancy at Providence and meteorological research at both Jim Clary and Associates and Florida State University's Fuelberg Research Lab. Jeremy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science in Meteorology from Florida State University.
