Kelli M. Dowell currently serves as Director of Environmental Policy at Entergy, overseeing cross-company coordination of federal environmental regulatory issues and compliance efforts, while acting as a liaison for fossil, renewable, and nuclear generation. With a strong background in environmental law, Kelli previously held roles including Senior Manager of Environmental Strategy & Policy, where responsibilities encompassed managing nuclear environmental matters, and Assistant General Counsel, focusing on regulatory compliance for the company's generating fleets. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Assistant General Counsel at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and as Senior Attorney at the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality. Kelli holds a Master of Business Administration from Millsaps College, a Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of West Florida.
