Kimberley McAleney has over 10 years of experience in the design and successful execution of HR strategy and associated initiatives, she has a wealth of experience in supporting fast-paced scaling businesses across a variety of industries, most recently in Biotechnology. Kimberley is extremely passionate about supporting the delivery of organisational strategy through the capabilities of talented individuals, she has a track record of effectively managing organisational change whilst making a positive impact and delivering value for both the employees and the organisation.

Kimberley has a PGD in Human Resource Management and is an Associate member of the CIPD.
