Arafath Dawood

Arafath Dawood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and customer experience management. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Enterprise Analytics since September 2022, Arafath also holds the position of Non Executive Director at Edison Electricals Pvt Ltd since April 2016. Prior experience includes working at Telstra from November 2019 to November 2023, where Arafath advanced from Customer Advisor to Assistant Manager Customer Experience.
