Douglas N. Bauche

Douglas N. Bauche is the current Chief Credit Officer & St. Louis Region President of Enterprise Bank & Trust. Prior to this, they were with Mercantile Bank for 10 years, where they gained a broad range of banking experience, including commercial middle market lending, credit administration for community banking division, and being a member of Mercantile's due diligence team for bank acquisitions throughout the Midwest.

Bauche's experience and knowledge in the banking industry has helped him excel in their current role at Enterprise Bank & Trust, where they are responsible for overseeing the credit function for the entire bank. In addition to their credit responsibilities, Bauche is also active in the St. Louis community, where they serve on various boards and committees.

Douglas N. Bauche has a B.S. in Finance from Saint Louis University and a degree in Banking from Missouri State University.
