John Garrett

John Garrett is an experienced banking professional with extensive expertise in commercial real estate and relationship management. Since July 2017, John has served as SVP and Director of Commercial Real Estate at Enterprise Bank & Trust, previously holding the positions of SVP, VP, and AVP in relationship management. Prior to this, John worked at U.S. Bank Community Development Corporation as an Asset Manager and at BKD CPAs & Advisors as a Supervising Consultant, where responsibilities included risk assessment and auditing for banks. Early in his career, John was a Credit Analyst at The Business Bank of St. Louis, focusing on commercial underwriting and financial statement analysis. John holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business with a focus on Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia and also studied at the University of Costa Rica.
