Kaitlyn Schramm

Kaitlyn Schramm has been with Enterprise Bank & Trust since May 2014, progressing through various roles from Summer Intern to Vice President and Treasury Management Officer. Throughout this tenure, Kaitlyn has gained extensive experience in treasury management, sales analysis, and customer service, including a rotation through multiple banking areas such as credit and operations as part of the Career Acceleration Program. Prior to this, Kaitlyn served as an Administrative Assistant at Sydenstricker and held an earlier internship at Enterprise Bank & Trust, where foundational skills in teller transactions were developed. Academically, Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia, awarded in 2014.
