Russell Skinner

Russell Skinner has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Russell has held various positions at different companies since 2010. From January 2010 to August 2014, Russell worked at Union Bank, starting as a Senior Teller and later becoming an Operations Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for talent development, marketing campaigns, sales goals, compliance, and training new employees. From August 2014 to August 2015, Russell served as Assistant Branch Manager, where they focused on coaching and leading their team to achieve success.

From September 2015 to January 2017, Russell worked at MUFG as a Commercial Credit Analyst III. In this role, they supported Credit Executives in underwriting and analyzing financial data for borrowers. From July 2017 to April 2021, Russell was employed at Pacific Premier Bank as a Portfolio Manager, Vice President. Russell evaluated credit proposals, identified risks, advised account officers, and enhanced deal structuring.

In April 2021, Russell joined Bank of Southern California as Vice President/Sr. Portfolio Manager. In this position, they managed a complex portfolio of Middle Market/Private Banking relationships, collaborating with borrowers, Relationship Managers, and Senior/Executive Leadership. Russell played a key role in the underwriting and credit approval process, working closely with Loan Processing and Documentation teams.

Russell's most recent position is as Vice President/Sr. Loan Portfolio Manager at Enterprise Bank & Trust, which they started in April 2023.

Russell Skinner started their education in 2009 at California State University, Fullerton, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Russell completed this program in 2012. Subsequently, from 2012 to 2014, Russell attended the University of La Verne, where they obtained another Bachelor's degree, this time in Marketing and Accounting.
