Debbie Novotny is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in commercial lending and business banking. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at Enterprise Bank since June 2013, Debbie has previously held the position of Vice President in the same department. Prior to their tenure at Enterprise Bank, Debbie worked at People's United Bank as a Business Banker and Vice President from April 2007 to June 2013, where responsibilities included selling business banking products, sourcing prospects, acquiring new customers, and enhancing relationships with existing clients. Debbie's banking career began at TD Banknorth NA, where Debbie served as Business Development Manager from May 1986 to April 2007.
