Jennifer Benoit

Jennifer Benoit currently serves as the Branch Operations Officer II at Rockland Trust since July 2025. Prior to this role, Jennifer amassed extensive experience at Enterprise Bank, beginning in October 1996, where positions included Branch Operations Teller Manager, VP, Branch Administration Teller Operations Manager, AVP, and Senior Branch Operations Teller Manager, VP. In the Branch Administration Department, Jennifer's responsibilities have encompassed managing the teller system and scanning system, overseeing float teller staff, and serving as the manager for both armored car services and ATM operations. Additionally, Jennifer has played a key role in training branch personnel, assisting with new branch openings, and troubleshooting operational issues. Jennifer also has experience in managing teller line staff as a Lead Customer Service Representative.
