Kim Larsen

Kim Larsen, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Human Resources Business Partner, VP at Enterprise Bank since April 2018. Previously, Kim held multiple roles at EOS USA from October 2006 to April 2018, including Senior Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations for over 500 employees and developing HR programs aligned with company financial goals. Additional experience includes managing employee benefits and services, as well as various HR functions at Shaw's Supermarkets from 2003 to 2006, where recognition was received as the 2006 Associate of the Year. Kim holds degrees from Fitchburg State University and Quincy College.
