Cynthia Kern, Esq. currently serves as Associate General Counsel at Enterprise Community Partners since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Staff Attorney and Underwriting Counsel at First American Title, where significant expertise in underwriting commercial transactions averaging $50 million was developed. Cynthia also held the position of Senior Commercial Underwriting Counsel at First Nationwide Title Agency, LLC, under which procedures and guides for New Jersey underwriting were created. Additional experience spans positions as Underwriting Counsel at World Wide Land Transfer, Inc. and Vice President of Operations at TitleVest, managing extensive teams and departmental functions. Early legal experience includes serving as Associate Attorney at Weiss, Buell & Bell and as a Yale Law School Fellow, where advocacy for homeless transgender adolescents was conducted. Cynthia's educational credentials include a Master of Professional Studies in Community Economic Development from Penn State University, a J.D. from City University of New York School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
