Jonathan Duncan

Jonathan Duncan is an experienced professional in housing and social services, currently serving as a Senior Loan Officer at Enterprise Community Partners since March 2025. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked for the New York City Housing Development Corporation from May 2021 to March 2025 in various managerial capacities, focusing on project management and underwriting for diverse housing projects. As a Housing Fellow with the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development, Jonathan completed significant project management work, contributing to the financing of affordable and supportive housing projects. Previous experiences include positions at NYC Department of Social Services, Columbia Population Research Center, Supportive Housing Network of New York, Northern Arizona Healthcare, and Catholic Charities of Arizona. Jonathan holds a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Northern Arizona University.
