Laura Searfoss, AICP, currently serves as the Associate Director for Programs in the Mid-Atlantic region at Enterprise Community Partners since June 2015. Previously, Laura held positions as Senior Program Director and Program Director with Enterprise Advisors. Prior experience includes working as a Policy Associate at the National Complete Streets Coalition under Smart Growth America, serving as a Neighborhood Liaison for the City of Greenville, NC, and completing a Community Stabilization internship at the National Community Stabilization Trust. Early career roles include editorial positions at Heldref Publications and the Peterson Institute, as well as a civil rights internship at the National Coalition for the Homeless. Laura earned a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Political Science from James Madison University.
