Monica Warren-Jones

Monica Warren-Jones serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives at Enterprise Community Loan Fund, Inc. since September 2021 and has been the Director of Capital Solutions for the Washington DC Impact Market at Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. since March 2005. Monica plays a vital role in preserving and producing affordable housing units in the DC metro area by providing financing options to various partners and offering technical support for green housing development. Additionally, Monica leads business development efforts addressing racial equity disparities and serves on the Board of Directors and Real Estate Investment Committee at The Community Builders, Inc. and as Vice-President of the Board of Directors at HAND. Monica has previously contributed as a Ward 6 member of the DC State Board of Education from January 2011 to January 2015, focusing on educational standards and policies. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Organizational Development from Boston College Carroll School of Management, a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Howard University.
