Paul Guidry has been working in the oil and gas industry since 2005. Paul began their career at Baker Hughes as an MWD/LWD Technical Support Engineer, providing real-time remote troubleshooting of MWD/LWD problems for all of North America and Trinidad. Paul specialized in MWD/LWD surface gear and software, decoding, and survey quality, and was able to increase profit margins by reducing or eliminating downtime. In February 2017, they were briefly re-assigned from tech support to field work, and resumed the Tech Support role in June 2017. In 2020, they began working for Halliburton as an MWD/LWD Field Professional, and also began working for Enterprise Data Concepts as a Technical Alignment Manager.
Paul Guidry has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
