Emer O'Byrne

Emer O'Byrne serves as the Client Solutions Project Lead and Senior Development Adviser at Enterprise Ireland, focusing on the growth and scaling of Irish SMEs in professional services within international markets since April 2022. Previously, O'Byrne held roles as a Part-time Lecturer at Trinity College Dublin, where instruction was provided in German language and culture, and worked in the Brexit Unit at Enterprise Ireland, assisting SMEs with post-Brexit trade preparations. O'Byrne's extensive experience at Enterprise Ireland from 2008 to 2021 included team leadership in change management, commercial evaluation of financial proposals, and market advising specifically for sectors exporting to German-speaking countries. O'Byrne's academic qualifications include a Professional Diploma in Organisational Behaviour from the Irish Management Institute, an MBS in Management Consultancy from University College Dublin, and a BSLG in Business and German from Trinity College Dublin.
