Helen McMahon

Helen McMahon is a seasoned professional in skills policy and strategic partnerships, currently serving as the Skills Policy & Strategic Partnership Lead and Senior Strategic Policy Advisor at Enterprise Ireland since August 2017. McMahon has extensive experience in addressing skill needs for client companies and engaging with various stakeholders to inform policy development. Prior to this, McMahon worked at Screen Skills Ireland from April 1999 to July 2017, where roles included Senior Executive for Business and Enterprise Development and Senior Project Advisor, leading the design and implementation of over 160 training programs for the screen industries. McMahon's earlier roles include arts administration positions at Gallowglass Theatre Company and Punchbag Theatre Company, as well as freelance work in various film and arts organizations. McMahon holds multiple qualifications, including a Professional Diploma in Artificial Intelligence for Business from UCD Professional Academy and a Higher Postgraduate Diploma in Arts Administration from the University of Galway.
