Pauline Mulligan

Board Member at Enterprise Ireland

Pauline Mulligan is Assistant Secretary General in the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment. She is a member of the Management Board in the Department with responsibility for Indigenous Enterprise Division since February 2022 and prior to that the Corporate Services Division.

A career civil servant since 1991 Pauline has extensive experience across many policy and operational areas of the Department including the Department’s response to Brexit and Covid, Innovation 2020, Ireland’s national strategy for research, development, science & technology, company law legislation, consumer advocacy and European Social Funds.

Pauline has served in Brussels with the Department of Foreign Affairs and has been centrally involved in Public Service Innovation including the establishment of the Public Service Innovation Advisory Board in 2021 of which she was the inaugural chair.
