Joseph Hilger

Joseph Hilger began their work experience as an Associate at Coopers & Lybrand from 1990 to 1994. Joseph then worked at EDS as a Managing Consultant from 1995 to 2005. From 2005 to 2013, Joseph served as Managing Director at Avalon Consulting, where they led operations and business development. Since 2014, Joseph has been working at Enterprise Knowledge, LLC, initially as a Principal and then as the Chief Operating Officer. In their current role, they focus on strategy and delivery for Agile Consulting and Delivery Services, with a specialization in improving information management for clients.

Joseph Hilger attended Episcopal Academy from 1982 to 1986 for their high school education. From 1986 to 1990, they attended Boston College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Finance.

In terms of additional certifications, Joseph completed The Managing Government Records Directive from OMB and NARA Workshop in March 2014 at Potomac Forum Ltd. Joseph also obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification, although the specific month and year are unknown.
