Kristin O'Brien

Kristin O'Brien has extensive work experience in the field of medical recruiting. Kristin started their career at Cejka Search in 2007 as a Media Coordinator, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they joined Enterprise Medical Recruiting as a Candidate Acquisition Manager. Kristin quickly advanced to the role of Director of Sourcing and Candidate Acquisition in 2017. In this role, Kristin is responsible for leading candidate sourcing, maintaining an active awareness of market trends, and realigning Enterprise Medical Recruiting's virtual presence to identify high-quality physician talent nationwide.
