Rohit Gupta

Rohit Gupta is an experienced Lead Consultant at Applexus Technologies since April 2022, specializing in business advisory and process improvement. Rohit established a Business Process Improvement Centre of Excellence and led multiple initiatives including the evaluation of process mining tools, development of a Values Assurance Framework using DMAIC methodology, and orchestration of end-to-end supply chain processes for clients like Hanes Brands. Previously, Rohit worked at Tata Consultancy Services from July 2014 to April 2022 in various roles including SCM Business Consultant and RPA Consultant, driving automation and analytics projects for high-tech clients. Early career experiences include internships at Grundfos Holding and roles at Steria, where foundational skills in SAP and business analysis were developed. Rohit holds a PGDM in Marketing from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electricals & Electronics from Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering.
