Stephanie Albarado Schultz has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and management. Stephanie currently holds the position of Director - Human Resources at Enterprise Offshore Drilling, a role they started in August 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources & Benefits Manager at Independence Contract Drilling from October 2018 to November 2019. From April 2011 to October 2018, Stephanie worked as a Human Resource Manager at Sidewinder Drilling LLC. Stephanie also gained valuable experience as an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Scorpion Offshore Inc from October 2005 to January 2011. Stephanie started their career as a Marketing Assistant at Ensco Offshore Company in August 2002 and worked there until September 2005. Their professional journey began in May 2000 as a Human Resource Generalist at Chiles Offshore.
