Denise Friou

Denise Friou, PMP, is a seasoned project management consultant with extensive experience in the oil and gas and utility sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Management Consultant at Enterprise Products since February 2024, Denise has also owned CreativePro Solutions LLC since May 1998, offering consulting and coaching services in project and change management. Previous roles include Organizational Change Management Lead Consultant for American Electric Power, where Denise facilitated the Oracle CCS implementation, and Consultant for EY, providing OCM and training support for utility clients. Denise has held various project management and consultant positions across notable companies, including Marathon Oil Corporation, KCP&L, and Alliant Energy, focusing on delivering large-scale IT-driven business transformations. Denise graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University between 1981 and 1983.
