Hong Guang Tan

Hong Guang Tan has extensive experience in HR analytics and data analysis, currently serving as a Senior Business Partner (HR Analyst) at Enterprise Singapore since August 2025. In this role, Hong Guang Tan focuses on analyzing HR data to support strategic decision-making, developing dashboards, and collaborating with HR partners for workforce planning. Previously, Hong Guang Tan held key positions at the Ministry of National Development Singapore, where innovative HR solutions were implemented, including an automated ADP reminder system and enhancements to the Exit Interview process. Additional experience includes a role as a Senior Business Analyst at Shopee and contributions as a Senior Statistical Specialist at the Ministry of Manpower. Hong Guang Tan holds a Master of Science in Analytics and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
