Michelle Heng 王琬晶 has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities.

From 2021 onwards, Michelle worked at Enterprise Singapore, starting as a Business Partner in Corporate Communications and later advancing to the position of Senior Business Partner.

Prior to this, Michelle gained extensive experience at Dynamic Resources Pte Ltd, where they served as a Marketing Manager for six years. Michelle was responsible for managing the branding, marketing, and consumer outreach efforts for two brands, Mustela and BabySafe. Michelle expanded their portfolio to include managing the brands' e-commerce stores on various marketplace platforms.

Before joining Dynamic Resources, Michelle was self-employed as a Freelance Copywriter, Copyeditor, and Translator from 2010 to 2021.

Michelle also worked at Camomile Spring Pte Ltd as an Assistant Manager in Marketing Communications. In this role, they planned and executed marketing strategies, managed consumer-facing events, developed business channels, maintained website and social media content, and ensured consistent branding.
