Victor Sim

Victor Sim is a seasoned professional in the fields of supply chain and logistics, currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain & Logistics Resilience at Enterprise Singapore since January 2021, following a role as Deputy Director of Transport & Logistics. Sim is also a Board Member at the Centre for Maritime Studies at the National University of Singapore and a member of the Technical Committee for the WSDIP in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the Institute of Technical Education. Previously, Sim held significant positions within the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, including Deputy Director of Airport Economic Regulation & Aviation Security, and has experience in the Ministry of Transport as Senior Assistant Director. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Singapore Management University.
