Wei Ye Tan

Wei Ye Tan is an experienced professional currently serving as Deputy Director (Global Innovation Network) and Regional Director (Korea) at Enterprise Singapore since September 2014. In this significant role, Wei Ye Tan supports the growth of Singapore as a hub for global trading and startups, having previously managed the Northeast Asia and Oceania markets. Wei Ye Tan's extensive background includes roles such as Senior Development Partner, Development Partner for Water & Environment, Manager for Cleantech, and Senior Officer for Innovative Start-Ups Management, consistently focusing on enterprise development, clean technology, and early-stage deep tech startups. Wei Ye Tan began the professional journey with an internship in Solution Sales at Siemens Pte Ltd, where project management and sales support for large greenfield building projects were key responsibilities. Wei Ye Tan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance from the University of London.
