Alison Tanikie

Alison Tanikie has over 30 years of work experience in Human Resources. Alison started their career in 1990 as a Senior Human Resources Specialist EMEIA at SCO. In 2000, they moved to Kana Communications as a Human Resources Manager EMEA. In 2002, they became a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HR Manager) at ntl, Swansea. In 2006, they were appointed as Head of Human Resources UK at Conduit UK, part of the kgb group (formerly INFONXX). In 2011, they began working as a Consultant & Coach at Career Break, Pro Bono HR. Most recently, in 2022, they took on the role of Senior Human Resources Manager at EnterpriseAlumni.

Alison Tanikie attended Middlesex University from 1996 to 1998, studying CIPD. Alison also attended Buckinghamshire New University from 1988 to 1990, studying Business with a focus on HR.
