Charlie Palmer has a varied work experience that spans from 2004 to the present. In 2004, they began working as an Actor. In 2011, they began working as a Consultant and Pre-Sales Assistant for TOPdesk. In 2012, they took on the role of Producer for A Door in a Wall and Junior Strategist (Placement) for Creature London Limited. In 2013, they took on the roles of Planning Intern for Ogilvy & Mather and Brand Marketing Manager and Marketing Strategist for TOPdesk. In 2022, they began working as a Marketing Manager for EnterpriseAlumni. Throughout their career, Palmer has been passionate about company culture, conceptualizing marketing strategies and tactics, and new marketing technology. Charlie has also developed brand development, creative strategy, data analytics, and qualitative research. Additionally, they have written and edited company resources, conducted research, and tracked quantitative and qualitative changes in end users' attitudes, behaviours, and perceptions.

Charlie Palmer's education history includes obtaining a MA (Hons), 1st Class in English Literature from The University of Edinburgh between 1998 and 2002, attending LAMDA (London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art) between 2002 and 2004, and studying English, History, and German at Eton College between 1992 and 1997.
