Ron Desjardins

Ron Desjardins is an experienced technology executive specializing in database management and cloud support. Currently serving as Senior Director II of Cloud Database Support at EDB since June 2021, Ron previously held the position of Senior Director of Global Database Operations at Bottomline Technologies, where responsibilities included leading a global managed services support model and overseeing a significant budget for staffing and software licensing. Ron has also worked at Data Intensity, LLC as Senior Director of Service Delivery Operations, where the focus was on service standardization and scalability, and served as Director of Database Service Delivery and IT Operations at Ntirety, managing comprehensive service delivery and IT operations. Earlier in the career, Ron worked at Dell as Senior Manager of Database/Application Administration Services, directing a diverse team to manage extensive database services for major healthcare accounts. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
