Hannah Ploesser

Hannah Ploesser has extensive experience in the customer service and relationship management sectors, primarily with Enterprise Holdings since January 2010, where roles have included Relationship Manager, Vendor Management Analyst, Home City Rate Manager, and Contact Center Team Manager. In these positions, responsibilities involved overseeing contact center operations, managing a team of over 15 customer service agents, and enhancing customer service delivery. Prior to this, Hannah served as a Sales Intern at University Directories, developing advertising campaigns for the college community, and as a Public Relations Intern at Learfield Sports, where strategic public relations plans were created and executed for sports affiliates. Hannah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earned in 2010.
