Grace Roska Shimomura is an accomplished professional with significant experience in customer success, business development, and training. Currently serving as a Startup Founder Incubatee at Enterprize Tasmania, Grace is developing a Minimum Viable Product solution for Independent Living Aged Care Resources in Tasmania. Previous roles include Senior Customer Experience Executive at Yellowtail.tech and business development manager at Experience Philippines™. With a strong background in training and project management, Grace has also contributed to various projects in the BPO sector, including team leadership and training delivery at Convergys and StarTek.
