Arno Kemp

Arno Kemp has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Arno currently holds the position of VP People: Transformation & Growth at Entersekt, where they drive organizational development, global company culture and change, employee engagement, and performance management. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Entersekt.

Earlier in their career, Kemp worked at KPMG Bahrain as a People and Change Advisory, providing OD, culture, training, and change management consulting for key clients. Arno also has experience as an Independent Consultant, serving as an HR Consultant & Corporate Coach. At SALE Advanced Co. Ltd., they worked as the Director: HRBP, focusing on HR transformation and partnering with the wider business.

Arno was also a People Executive at The Training Room Online, where they restructured the business nationally to increase efficiencies, drive culture and engagement, and establish people policies and processes. Arno served as the Head of Talent Management at Bank Albilad, where they implemented strategic restructuring and designed a junior leadership development program.

Earlier in their career, Kemp worked as a Senior Trainer and Branch Manager at ADvTECH, as well as a Lead Instructor at the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA). Arno also worked as a Skills Development Facilitator at Kelly Group, focusing on recruitment, training, and development. Arno started their career as an Instructor & Faculty Member at the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA).

Throughout their various roles, Kemp has demonstrated expertise in organizational development, talent management, performance management, change management, and learning and development.

Arno Kemp obtained a Master's degree in Training & Human Resource Management from the University of Leicester, from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications as an Accredited Enneagram Practitioner from Enneagram University in 2022, and in Ontological Coaching from the Ontological Coaching Institute in 2021.
