Rita Lindenberg is currently the SVP People at Entersekt, overseeing the global Human Resources function. With a background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Rita previously held senior HR roles at Clickatell, First National Bank - South Africa, Braxton Group, and Workforce. Rita's extensive experience includes managing the full HR value chain, implementing people management practices, conducting culture and climate surveys, and providing legal advice on industrial relations. Rita holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a Master of Philosophy in Leadership, Performance, and Change, and various other qualifications in Human Resources and Management.
