Rita Lindenberg

Rita Lindenberg is the SVP People at Entersekt. Rita has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, including roles at First National Bank - South Africa, Clickatell, and Entersekt. At Entersekt, Rita is responsible for the global Human Resources function and promoting the role of strategic HR to ensure the long-term success of both HR and the organization as a whole. Prior to their current role, Rita served as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Clickatell, responsible for the full HR value chain services with employees based in SA, US, Canada & Nigeria. Rita has also worked as a Human Capital Consultant at First National Bank - South Africa, where they implemented people management practices and advised line management on HR best practices.

Rita Lindenberg has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from USB, a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Leadership, Performance and Change from the University of Johannesburg, and a Matric from High School De Kuilen.
