Andrea Vrbanac

Andrea Vrbanac is the Vice President of People & Culture at Axonify. Andrea has over ten years of experience in Human Resources, including Employee Relations and Compliance Manager at BlackBerry from October 2007 to December 2016. In this role, they were responsible for keeping up-to-date on industry trends and employment law, making recommendations to maintain compliance, and coordinating the review of labour law posters. Andrea has also conducted investigations of employee related issues, such as policy interpretation and compliance breaches.

Andrea is a strong HR leader with a passion for developing best practices and policies to sustain positive employee relations. Andrea is an expert in using Workday and Excel to run reports and develop processes. Under their leadership, the team at Axonify has been able to create a positive and compliant work environment for all employees.

Andrea Vrbanac has a Diploma in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Guelph, and a Bachelor of Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University.
