Jason Baker

Jason Baker is the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience & Ticketing Operations, joining Entertainment Benefits Group (EBG) in March of 2011. Baker is responsible for the Customer Service and Operations Departments at Entertainment Benefits Group. Baker has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, developing and implementing service standards and policies to enhance the customer experience.

Before joining EBG, Baker was most recently with VEGAS.com. Prior to that, he worked for Wynn Resorts Limited and MGM Resorts International in various leadership roles. Baker is deeply involved in the concierge community where he served as the President of the National Concierge Association, Nevada Chapter for six years.

Baker studied Business Management at San Diego State University.
