Rachel Caiazzo

Rachel Caiazzo is a seasoned professional in partner development within the live entertainment sector, currently serving as Partner Development Senior Manager at EBG since February 2019. In this role, Rachel manages key partnerships across music, sports, family shows, events, and Broadway, while overseeing the maintenance of music and sports products on EBG's transnational platforms through a proprietary technology database. Prior to EBG, Rachel held various roles at New York Red Bulls from May 2015 to June 2018, including Youth Soccer Specialist, where strong cross-departmental communication was utilized to strengthen partner club relationships. Rachel began their career at Nichols College from October 2011 to June 2015, where multiple roles included Sales Representative and Admissions Intern. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Sport Management from Nichols College.
